Work That Matters, Every Single Day

Some jobs ask you to care about quarterly numbers. This one asks you to care about whether James nailed his volunteer shift, whether Keisha finally felt brave enough to order her own lunch, and whether the van playlist is any good. If that second list sounds better to you, keep reading.

Direct support work is real work. It takes patience, dependability, and a genuine liking for people. You don't need experience in disability services to start. We provide paid training, including CPR/First Aid certification, crisis prevention, and a full orientation before you're ever on your own. What we can't train is heart, so that's what we hire for.

And here's something rare in this field: our schedule is Monday to Friday, daytime hours. No overnights, no weekends, home for dinner.

Benefits

  • Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning the first of the month after hire
  • Paid time off starting after 90 days, up to 168 hours a year for eligible full-time staff
  • Employer-paid life insurance and a retirement plan with employer match
  • Paid training and certifications (CPR/First Aid, crisis prevention) provided
  • Small teams, supportive supervisors, and a say in how the program runs
